A: This Differential Cover is designed specifically for the Dana M220 rear axle found in most 2015-22 4WD Chevy Colorado / GMC Canyon trucks. This WILL NOT fit the G80 rear axle found on many 2WD trucks.

A: All of AEV's Differential Covers are proudly manufactured in the USA out of nodular iron for maximum strength and protection.

A: Nope. They actually aren't painted at all. All of AEV's Differential Covers are BOTH e-coated and powder coated for maximum durability and longevity.

Q: What is that big cap for on the top of the cover?

A: That is an oversized fill plug, a signature feature on all of AEV's Differential Covers. This not only allows for quick and easy oil changes but also provides access to the ring gear for inspection out in the field.

Q: Does this differential cover hold more gear oil than the factory cover?

A: No, we design all of our Differential Covers to have the same oil capacity as the OEM recommends. In fact, we even include a vehicle specific fluid level indicator plug on the face of each cover. This feature combined with our signature oversized fill plug, make gear oil changes a breeze.
